Gordon’s Commission

Gordon came to me with an idea for a new Resonator Guitar. One that would compliment his Mattsen Parlour but with a few differences. Firstly, a small narrow body to quicken up the sound. Constructed with a rounded body edge for ultimate comfort. An Antique finish, rivets and meshed sound holes for a steampunk look. Plus two pickups, one for solo playing, the other for when things get loud in a band situation. This guitar is loud with a strong midrange and a comfortable feel.
By the smile on Gordon’s face, I can see we have succeeded in building his dream guitar.
